Morning Machine Care Guide

BASIC CLEANING GUIDE:

BULLET Espresso recommends using Cafetto Eco Capsule Clean - these are available to purchase on our website.

To clean your Morning Machine, follow instructions below:

1. Fill up the water tank
2. Press and hold both Return and Enter buttons to access the Settings menu
3. Turn dial to Maintenance and press Enter - the machine will display how many cycles since last Basic Clean. We recommend running a Basic Clean every 600 brews.
4. Press the Enter button to get the machine ready.
5. Insert cleaning capsule (give it a good shake before popping in the chamber)
6. Add a jug (you may need to remove the drip tray)
7. Press the Enter button to start the cleaning process. Let the machine run its cleaning cycle (this may take up to 5 minutes)
8. Once the clean cycle is complete, remove the capsule and press the Enter button to continue to the Rinse cycle. This may take up to another 3 - 5 minutes. You may need to replace the full jug with another empty jug if needed, as well as refilling the water tank when empty to continue.
9. Once the rinse cycle is complete, the machine is now ready to use. It will now show 0 Brews without Basic Clean Cycle. Press the return button to exit out of the Maintenance mode.

MACHINE DO'S AND DON'TS

Inserting Capsules

• Always check the capsule has been properly released - you want the capsule to drop into the waste basket.
• Always make sure the waste basket is not full - DO NOT OVERLOAD
• Ensure the waste basket is regularly emptied to avoid jamming
• Home compostable capsules may expand in the chamber from heat, so please double check they have been released properly after every extraction.
• Insert the capsule and close the lever gently (give it a good shake before popping in the chamber) Please note: you should be able to do it with one finger, without too much force.
• DO NOT FORCE THE LEVER — If you have to force or apply extra pressure, please stop and check if the capsule is inserted correctly, or if the waste basket is full. Furthermore, ensure that there are no capsules stuck in the chamber before inserting a new one.

MANUAL BREW MODE

1. Insert the capsule as normal (give it a good shake before popping in the chamber)
2. Turn the dial into Manual Brew and press Enter button to continue.
3. Set to 90°C > 60g > p3 and press Enter button to continue. This setting is perfect for our BULLET Espresso capsules

Save your preferred settings on the Morning Machine app, and/or change control settings fro different brews.
